TOUR DI PISA We will take you, by our 2 or 4 seats vehicles, from via St. Joseph, along the little streets in the town centre up to Piazza dei Miracoli, where we will show you the main monuments – Leaning Tower – The Cathedral – the Baptister. Going along the internal streets, we will reach the embarkments along the Arno river (Lungarno Pacinotti), alongside Palazzo Agostini and Ponte di Mezzo, scene of an event called “gioco del ponte” which takes place in June. We will cross the Arno river bridge as to admire Palazzo Gambacorti, current residence of the Town Council.
Before taking the bikes again, we will visit the San Michele in Borgo Church and then the streets of Borgo Stretto, with their beautiful porticos. And suddenly we will reach Piazza dei Cavalieri, the old political centre of the Pisan Republic with Palazzo della Carovana in the centre, where the School Normale Superiore is sited.
